BLACK NITRIDED DEFIANCE MACHINE DEVIANT TACTICAL ACTIONS
I have not got my project done yet but this is well built inside and out. when I get all put together and put some down range I will update my review. I'm sure i will be very happy.

WOW what a piece of machining
This is action is the nicest action i have ever felt. It is extremely smooth and precise. The fit and finish are second to none. I bought this action because it is extremely over built for to last for years of abuse. The nitriding is holding up really well and helps makes the action super smooth. I am very happy with this action and everything Altus shooting has done for me!!!

Defiance Deviant Tactical action in Black Nitride
I am a Tool & Die Maker and Mechanical Engineer with many years experience precision shooting. I purchased this action because of the design and finish. The integral rail, one piece bolt, the tight tolerances where it is important and the black nitride finish make this action second to none. I also own the $urgeon action which is ok but not nearly as nice as the Defiance Deviant action. The nitriding and the tight tolerances make the Defiance a very very smooth operating action. I will buy another for a future build and I highly recommend this to anyone doing a custom build. The Black Nitride is worth the extra money. I grate this action with an A+
